A hands-on team with deep horticultural experience.
We work closely with managing agents and appointed members of residents committees to deliver a high quality, considered and regular service.

Working with the environment rather than against it.
The core of our expanding business is providing a professional and enthusiastic approach to the care and enhancement of communal gardens.
We encourage insects and wildlife to help reduce chemical intervention, use battery operated tools where practicable, and are fully insured and licensed to remove garden waste.
Meet the team
Together, along with a number of loyal, hardworking and skilled staff we provide a high-quality garden maintenance service to a number of respected clients across London and the southeast. We specialise in providing complete garden and grounds care to residential blocks and private individuals.
Chris Pawson
Director
After a successful career as a trader in the City Chris joined Davidia in 2003 to pursue a long-held love of working outside and in open spaces. He has successfully completed many design and landscape projects, including working with Grand Designs and Our House.
Over the years his work has also featured in many horticultural magazines. His passion lies in the unusual and unique, he loves creating something out of nothing and providing clients with the highest quality and standard of work. Chris holds a Level 2 City and Guilds in the Safe Application of Pesticides.
However, it is only as a last resort he will use this method because as a company we are trying to move away from the use of chemicals on all our sites. Outside of work Chris spends his weekends exploring the countryside, walking and enjoying the best of life with his young family.
Vadim Jegorenkov
Director
Having gained a Level 2 Certificate in Gardening, Vadim pursued a career in Garden and Landscape Maintenance and joined Davidia in 2010. Vadim has had a lifelong love of gardening, which began at a young age whilst growing up in Lithuania.
Over the last 20+ years he has strived to create environments that work with nature and the local area. He is fluent in English, Lithuanian and Russian. When he's not working Vadim likes to travel.
Abi Pawson
The Real Boss
Abi graduated from the University of Exeter in 2005 with a 2:1 BA (hons), then worked in property management for several years. She then went on to complete a Level 3 City and Guilds Diploma in Horticulture. Abi joined Davidia in 2015 having spent some time working for a local Community Garden as well as sub-contracting for the Forestry Commission and Public Health England.
Abi is happiest when outside in all elements working alongside the team or on her own in the peace of nature. She handles the day-to-day admin for Davidia and is likely the first person you will speak to if you email or call. In her down time Abi loves reading, good food and wine and being outdoors.
